1. Digital Products and E-Books
All products sold on Careerply, including but not limited to CBT past questions, recruitment study packs, exam guides, and downloadable PDFs—are digital files.
- Final Sale: Due to the intangible nature of digital downloads, all sales of e-books and digital materials are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded or accessed, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Exceptions and Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We may consider a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis under the following strict circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same e-book or study pack twice due to a billing error, please contact us within 48 hours with your transaction details for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
- Corrupted or Unreadable Files: If the downloaded PDF or file is proven to be corrupted, broken, or entirely inaccessible, and our support team is unable to provide a functional replacement file or direct download link within a reasonable timeframe.
