- Transaction Data: Information required to fulfill your orders. Please note: All financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment partner, Paystack. Careerply does not store your credit card or bank account details on our servers.
B. Log Files and Analytical Data
Careerply follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. - Payment Gateways: All marketplace payments are governed by the Paystack Privacy Policy.
- Job Boards & Referral Links: When we refer you to external platforms (such as Mercor or government portals like CDCFIB) to submit job applications, you are leaving Careerply. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All digital materials distributed or sold on Careerply.com—including but not limited to premium ebooks, interview Q&A guides, resume/CV templates, cover letter frameworks, video tutorials, articles, and training assets—are the exclusive intellectual property of Careerply and its founders.
- Personal Use Only: Purchasing a digital product from our marketplace grants the user a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Strict Reselling Ban: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, sharing, or reselling any content, templates, or ebooks obtained from Careerply. Piracy, plagiarism, or unauthorized redistribution of our digital products will result in immediate legal action, permanent account termination, and reporting to relevant anti-fraud and cybercrime law enforcement agencies.
6. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
